Mr. Rosario is the best web designer I have encountered to this day.
I have been looking for a pro like this guy for over five years. I have been railroaded by the so called big money companies. They charge you by the click and promise you the moon and a great FREE website that clicks all day and your phone never rings, along with there ridiculous charges. Don’t waste your time with those knuckle heads. Give Mr. Rosario a try you wont be disappointed, your phone will ring more than just a few times a month, you will be noticed…
