So I charge $2,599.00 as my staring price for Basic Web Development 

There are a couple of ways I tackle the Host Provider:

1. You keep control of your hosting.
   • You can choose your Hosting Provider, grant me access so that I can build/upload your site and you maintain and pay the monthly expense directly to the Host Provider.
2. You can be hosted through my account in Grice Managements , GoDaddy or WPengine. I maintain the site and the cost of $35-45*/month this includes the monthly Host Provider cost.
